For Sellers, I will assist you in the steps to prepare your home for the market. (Actually, yes, I DO do windows.) If you anticipate the sale to be scheduled months into the future, I will gladly keep you apprised of trends in the market and help you make wise choices in preparation. I understand that a signed contract is only half the battle, and I will use my project management skills to insure that you reach a timely and hassle-free closing.

For Buyers, I will work with you tirelessly until you find your dream house. I particularly enjoy working with first time home buyers, relishing the opportunity to share this very special experience. Initially, and along the way, I will explain the step-by-step process of real estate transactions so the mystery and anxiety are removed.

Real estate is my chosen profession because I am passionate about all aspects and I recognize that for me to be successful, it needs to be a full time occupation. Personal Background

Life long resident of Union and Morris Counties. Raised in Summit with the last 23 years in Convent Station and the prior 8 years in Madison.

Taught middle school English for three years after college. Previously, served as substitute teacher in the Morris School District where I have worked in every building in the system.

More than 20 years experience in divisions of major corporations such as Exxon and Citigroup as a service and operations manager. Professionally trained in project management, customer service, and business negotiation.

Executrix of my mother's estate and completed the sale of her life-long home. I understand the compassion required in an estate sale, Patiently work with seniors as they make decisions to transition into new living arrangements.

Actively take advantage of the extensive Morris County Park System for golfing, jogging, and cross-country skiing.

Avid downhill skier and owner of a condominium at Killington, Vermont.

Love to travel to new places in the U.S. and abroad. Have traveled to over 25 countries including Hong Kong, Viet Nam, South Africa, Australia, Turkey, and China. Always appreciate seeing the life styles and living conditions throughout the different regions of the world.
